ALBUQUERQUE, NM - The New Mexico Department of Transportation alerted drivers to a crash affecting traffic on Interstate 25 in Albuquerque on Thursday morning.
In a post on NMRoads at 8:39 a.m., the NMDOT said the accident occurred on I-25 northbound at mile marker 224 at Lead/Coal Avenue.
The right lane of the interstate was shut down while emergency crews were responding. Motorists were advised to expect traffic delays and use caution when traveling through the area.
