Woman hurt in crash after driver runs red light on State Road 120

ELKHART COUNTY, IN - A driver was injured in a collision at the intersection of Indiana 120 and County Road 15 in Elkhart County, authorities said.

A report by WBND states the incident happened Thursday afternoon shortly before 1:34 p.m.  An investigation determined that 20-year-old Isaiah Hunt of Bristol was driving east in a 2021 Toyota Camry when he disregarded a red stop light.  The Camry crashed into a 2014 Honda CRV driven by a 77-year-old woman that was northbound on County Road 15.

The Honda driver, an Elkhart resident, was transported to Elkhart General Hospital.  No details were immediately released on her condition.
