LAWRENCE, IN - The Lawrence Police Departmand and paramedics responded to the scene of a deadly crash on Thursday evening, WTHR reports.
Two vehicles were involved in the wreck in the area of Pendleton Pike and Bittersweet Lane near the entrance to the Maplewood community just before 6 p.m. One woman was pronounced dead at the scene. She was identified as 60-year-old Sarona Manu.
Police are trying to determine the cause of the accident. They said there are no traffic lights at the intersection.
