INDIANAPOLIS, IN - A single-vehicle accident in Indianapolis early Monday morning claimed the life of the driver, CBS Indy reports.
The crash occurred in the 6300 block of Mimosa Lane on the city's southeast side. Police officers were called to the scene at about 1:20 a.m. and found a woman dead inside an SUV that was on its side. She was identified as 30-year-old Alexandria Kurtz.
Accident investigators were at the scene gathering evidence to try and determine what led to the wreck. It was not yet clear whether speed was a contributing factor, police said.
Results of toxicology tests were still pending.
