The Hamilton County Coroner's Office said the man killed in the Dec. 5 incident was 34-year-old Galindo Clemente of Indianapolis.
The Indiana Department of Transportation said he was driving on the entrance ramp from U.S. 31 to I-465 westbound at about 2:30 p.m. when he lost control of the pickup truck.
The vehicle went off the roadway and flipped, killing Clemente.
