SUNLAND PARK, NM - The Sunland Park Fire Department released details of a crash that occurred at an area residence on Wednesday night.
Emergency crews responded shortly before 10 p.m. after a pickup truck crashed into a home on the 5700 block of Britain Drive. One person was in the truck and one person was in the home at the time but no one was injured.
In an update the next day, the fire department said the vehicle had been removed from the home. State building inspectors evaluated the integrity of the structure before releasing the property back to the owner.
There was no word on what led to the accident.
