Rollover accident on Interstate 94 westbound leaves 2 injured

KALAMAZOO COUNTY, MI - A car accident in Kalamazoo County last Wednesday night sent a man and woman to the hospital, WWMT reported.

The Kalamazoo County Sheriff's Office said the driver of a sedan was headed west on Interstate 94 when the incident happened near 35th Street at about 10:15 p.m.

Investigators learned that another vehicle pulled in front of the sedan. That caused the driver of the sedan to lose control and drive off the road, where the vehicle then rolled over. The female driver and her male passenger, both age 41, were hospitalized but no details were released on their conditions.

The right lane of I-94 West was shut down for the accident investigation.
