ALBUQUERQUE, NM - The Bernalillo County Sheriff's Office alerted drivers to a pedestrian accident affecting traffic in northwest Albuquerque on Sunday evening.
The incident, reported at 6:47 p.m., occurred in the area of 2nd Street NW and Los Ranchos Road NW where a person was hit by a vehicle. There was no immediate word on the condition of the victim.
All southbound lanes of 2nd Street were shut down at the intersection. Motorists were advised to seek alternate routes until BCSO deputies could clear the scene.
