ALBUQUERQUE, NM - A pedestrian died after being hit by vehicle in northeast Albuquerque on Wednesday night, police said.
According to a report by KOAT, the incident happened in the vicinity of Central Avenue NE and Espanola Street NE.
Police officers responded to the scene at about 7 p.m. and found the victim dead in the area of the crash. No details were released on the identity of the pedestrian or the vehicle involved.
An investigation by the Albuquerque Police Department's motors unit is underway.
