ALBUQUERQUE, NM - Traffic delays were reported after first responders were called to the scene of an incident in Albuquerque's International District early Sunday morning.
According to a report by APD Traffic, the incident took place shortly after midnight in the eastbound lanes of Louisiana Boulevard near Central Avenue, or Route 66.
