INDIANAPOLIS, IN - An accident caused traffic delays on the south side of Indianapolis during Monday morning's rush hour.
The incident, reported by WIBC Traffic at 8:03 a.m., occurred on northbound Interstate 69 and was an injury crash. There were no immediate details on who had been injured.
Traffic was diverted off I-69 at Southport Road, with delays stretching back nearly a mile and a half nearly to County Line Road. Drivers were advised to get off at County Line Road and find alternate routes.

South side, NB-69 is *closed* at Southport Rd. because of an injury crash. Traffic is being diverted off at Southport Rd. The delay stretches almost to County Line Rd., or for over a mile and a half.
