CLOVIS, NM - A motorcycle rider was taken to the hospital after colliding with a vehicle in Clovis, according to Myhighplains.com.
Clovis Police Department officers were called to the area of Llano Estacado Boulevard and Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard Feb. 1 at about 4:54 p.m. The police investigation indicated that the driver of a car going east on Llano Estacado Boulevard was struck at the intersection by a southbound motorcycle.
The motorcycle rider was found with significant injuries and was transported to a hospital in Texas, and listed in stable condition. The car went off the roadway after the crash and ended up in a field. The driver was not injured.
