ALBUQUERQUE, NM - Police in Albuquerque were called to the scene of a fatal pedestrian crash on Monday afternoon, the Rio Rancho Observer reports.
The incident happened in the vicinity of Paseo Del Norte Boulevard and Eagle Ranch Road NW. Officers responded at about 1:45 p.m. on reports of a critical injury crash. Several hours later, police said that a man had been killed in the incident and that all parties involved had been detained for questioning.
During the police investigation, traffic was affected on westbound Paseo del Norte Boulevard, Coors Boulevard, and Eagle Ranch Road, and drivers were advised to seek alternate routes.
