ZIONSVILLE, IN - A school bus was involved in a collision with another vehicle in Zionsville on Monday afternoon, IndyStar reports.
The Zionsville Community Schools bus had left an elementary school when it was struck at about 2:50 p.m. by a Pontiac G6, which became wedged under the bus.
Zionsville Police and the Zionsville Fire Department responded to the scene at South 5th Street and West Oak Street.
The driver of the Pontiac was extricated from the car and was transported to a hospital with minor injuries. None of the children on board the bus were injured and were cleared to leave. They were transferred to another school bus and were taken home.
