Cyclist dies following accident on North Keystone Avenue

INDIANAPOLIS, IN - Police in Indianapolis were called to the scene of a fatal crash on the city's north side on Saturday, WTHR reported.

The incident occurred at about 10 a.m. in the 6200 block of North Keystone Avenue, and police said the victim was a cyclist.

The person was pronounced dead after being taken to an area hospital. No further details were released about the cyclist, or the circumstances of the accident.

Keystone Avenue was shut down in the area for several hours for the police investigation, which is ongoing.
