Crash on Interstate 65 at 71st St. snarls traffic in Indianapolis

INDIANAPOLIS, IN - Emergency crews were at the scene of a vehicle accident on the northwest side of Indianapolis on Wednesday afternoon.

According to a report by WIBC Traffic at 3:05 p.m., the crash took place on northbound Interstate 65 at West 71st Street. The left lane of the interstate was blocked while the wreck was being cleared.

Traffic along I-65 was snarled going back to Interstate 465.
