Crash on I-465 disrupts traffic on NE side of Indianapolis

INDIANAPOLIS, IN -An accident disrupted traffic on the northeast side of Indianapolis during Tuesday morning's commute.

An alert from WIBC Traffic at 8:53 a.m. said that the incident happened on Interstate 465 northbound near East 71st Street. The express lane of the interstate was partially blocked while crews responded to the scene.

Traffic on the mainline was not affected.
