Crash on I-465 causes traffic delays on SW side of Indianapolis

INDIANAPOLIS, IN - Drivers encountered delays on the southwest side of Indianapolis Monday morning due to an accident on Interstate 465.

According to a notification by WIBC Traffic at 7:31 a.m., the crash happened on northbound I-465 at Kentucky Avenue/S.R. 67. The right lane of the interstate was blocked, causing traffic to be slowed going back to Mann Road.

After the crash scene, traffic jams continued on northbound I-465 up to Washington Street due to construction work.
