ALBUQUERQUE, NM - A collision in northeast Albuquerque last week claimed the life of a motorcycle rider, according to police.
A KOAT report stated that officers responded to the accident on Jan. 15 at about 5:30 p.m. in the area of Louisiana Boulevard NE and Uptown Boulevard NE.
The motorcyclist died at the scene after a crash with another vehicle. The other driver had injuries that were not life-threatening.
The Albuquerque Police Department Motors Unit is investigating the incident, which shut down Uptown Boulevard.
