CARNUEL, NM - A collision on Interstate 40 Sunday morning sent a Bernalillo County Sheriff's deputy to the hospital.
In a traffic alert issued at 11:15 a.m., the BCSO said the incident happened on I-40 eastbound at Carnuel. Authorities said the deputy's vehicle was rear-ended by another vehicle on the interstate.
