ALBUQUERQUE, NM - Authorities responded to an injury collision involving a motorcycle last Saturday, July 27, at a southwest Albuquerque intersection, according to the Bernalillo County Sheriff's Office.
The accident happened at Fairhaven Avenue Southwest and Sunset Road Southwest, just west of South Valley's Five Points neighborhood. Deputies were on the scene by 7:27 p.m.
Little information has been disclosed, but at least one person was confirmed injured as a result of the wreck.
At the time of the initial report, all northbound and southbound lanes of Sunset Road were shut down for the emergency response and investigation by the BCSO.

It was not immediately apparent whether another vehicle was involved, but no charges or citations have been reported.
