Accident blocks lane on I-69, snarls traffic through interchange

INDIANAPOLIS, IN - An accident was causing traffic slowdowns on the northeast side of Indianapolis on Tuesday afternoon, according to WIBC Traffic.

The crash, reported at 3:38 p.m., occurred on northbound Interstate 69 between Interstate 465 and East 82nd Street.

The left lane of the interstate was blocked, and traffic was reported to be jammed through the I-69 interchange. The delays stretched back to East 75th Street on northbound I-465.
