ALBUQUERQUE, NM - The New Mexico Department of Transportation alerted motorists to a crash that was affecting traffic in Albuquerque on Wednesday morning.
A post on NMRoads at 9:50 a.m. reported that the accident happened on Interstate 40 eastbound at mile marker 159 at the Big I interchange.
The left shoulder and left lane were shut down along the ramp from I-40 eastbound to Interstate 25 northbound. Drivers were advised to slow down and use caution when traveling through the area, and seek alternate routes.
