MARSHALL COUNTY, IN - A multi-vehicle accident in Marshall County on Monday left three drivers injured, according to a WBND report.
According to the Marshall County Sheriff's Office, the driver of a 2017 GMC Sierra was headed west on U.S. 6 at about 5:10 p.m. Two other vehicles, a 2024 Toyota Camry and a 2002 Toyota Avalon, were stopped ahead of the Sierra on U.S. 6 while waiting to turn south onto Dogwood Road.
The Sierra driver, 37-year-old Lisa Miller of Nappanee, told investigators she looked down briefly and could not stop in time to avoid hitting the back of the Camry, which caused that car to collide with the Avalon.
Miller was taken to an area hospital along with the Camry driver, 86-year-old Joseph Mills of Rochester, and the Avalon driver, 57-year-old Ricky Molden of Bremen. All three sustained minor injuries.
