MESQUITE, NM - Two people were injured in a collision in Dona Ana County early Wednesday morning, KFOX reports.
The accident occurred on the frontage road between Mesquite and Vado near mile marker 6 on Stearns, according to the report. Dona Ana County Sheriff Kim Stewart said two vehicles collided at that location at about 3 a.m.
Two people were taken to an area hospital, but no details were released on their condition.
Authorities are continuing to investigate the cause of the wreck.
