ALBUQUERQUE, NM - Two juveniles were taken to the hospital following a dirt bike accident in northeast Albuquerque Monday night, police said.
According to KOAT, the incident took place at about 7 p.m. in the area of Manzano Street NE and Phoenix Street NE.
Albuquerque Police and Albuquerque Fire Rescue arrived to find that the two youngsters riding a dirt bike had collided with a vehicle. One of the victims was listed in critical condition, while the other was treated for injuries that were not life-threatening.
The cause of the accident remains under investigation by the APD fatal crash team.
