2 crashes on I-465 slow traffic on north side of Indianapolis

INDIANAPOLIS, IN - Two separate accidents slowed down traffic on the north side of Indianapolis during Wednesday morning's commute.

According to an alert from WIBC Traffic at 7:16 a.m., both crashes occurred on westbound Interstate 465 after Allisonville Road. The two incidents, occurring about a half mile apart, blocked the left lane of the interstate.

Delays of nearly 40 minutes were reported, going back to Interstate 69 and Fall Creek.
