BERNALILLO COUNTY, NM - Deputies with the Bernalillo County Sheriff's Office were dispatched to two separate accidents on Thursday evening.
A traffic alert from the BCSO at 5:56 p.m. said that the first vehicle crash blocked the number 3 lane of westbound Paseo Del Norte at 4th Street.
Drivers were advised to use caution when traveling through the area, which was reopened to traffic about 40 minutes later.
The second incident, reported at 6:09 p.m., occurred at 4th Street and Alameda Road. The sheriff's office said the crash shut down southbound 4th Street, the northbound turn lane to head westbound, and all eastbound lanes. Motorists were urged to avoid the area.
