INDIANAPOLIS, IN - Indianapolis police officers and firefighters were dispatched to the scene of a deadly two-vehicle crash on Sunday morning.
According to WISH TV, a car and a van collided at about 9:50 a.m. in the area of Kessler Boulevard East Drive and Tuxedo Street. Investigators learned that a woman driving a car eastbound on Kessler Boulevard East Drive crashed into a westbound van.
The woman died at the scene while the man driving the van and two adult passengers were hospitalized. There was no immediate word on their conditions.
Police said the van driver was taken to Eskenazi Hospital for a blood draw, as is standard policy. No signs of impairment were observed.
