Annette focuses her practice on assisting physically and mentally impaired individuals seeking disability benefits from the Social Security Administration. Annette limits her practice to representation of claimants who were wrongfully denied Social Security Disability benefits. She has broad experience in guiding disability claimants and presenting their claims through all levels of the administrative proceedings. She represents these clients both in local disability hearings and the federal courts

Annette is a graduate of the State University of New York At Oswego, B.A. and Indiana University School of Law-Indianapolis, J.D. She is a sustaining member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimants’ Representatives (NOSSCR). She has further developed her expertise in administrative law through graduate work in public administration, economics and health care policy at the Indiana University School of Public and Environmental Affairs. She is a trained civil mediator, a graduate of the Indiana Trial Advocacy College, and is admitted to practice in Indiana, and before the Federal District Courts of Southern and Northern Indiana. Annette lives in Hamilton County with her husband, and two teenage children. She is active in her children's school and sports activities.
